  The original documents of the student or the co-applicant or the collateral need not be submitted to the WeMakeScholars- SBI team. Any of such documents should be submitted at the assigned SBI branch directly.

• Process timeline:

  The process timeline of 14-16 days which is mentioned in this portal sbieducationloan.wemakescholars.com/ is considering the fact that the applicant has all the necessary documents readily arranged. Even if every document is readily arranged by the applicant, there might be an unfortunate delay in the processing time due to unforeseen circumstances. Any such incident is not done intentionally by the WeMakeScholars- SBI processing team.

• Cashback:

  The cashback amount of maximum up to Rs. 3000 is offered by WeMakeScholars directly. There is no role of SBI in this cashback process and SBI is liable to any applicant for the same.

• Cashback process works as below:

  The cashback is NOT given all at once. It is NOT given after sanction. The cashback process is linked with the disbursement of the loan by the student. At every disbursement, the student gets the cashback how much ever is applicable for that particular disbursement as calculated by WeMakeScholars.

• Cashback limits:

  You will be rewarded with a cashback on multiple disbursements to a maximum of INR 3000, as you are applying for your study abroad education loan via WeMakeScholars.

• Cashback crediting timeline:

  Please note that the cashback is transferred at particular intervals. There is a verification process done from the bank's side about your disbursement. The cashback cycle is as follows:

  
  

  If you have taken the loan from a public bank via WeMakeScholars, then the cashback will be credited as below:

  • Q1= Disbursement done in May/ June/ July= By 30 Sep the cashback will be credited
  • Q2= Disbursement done in Aug/ Sep/ Oct = By 31 Dec the cashback will be credited
  • Q3= Disbursement done in Nov/ Dec/ Jan= By 31 Mar the cashback will be credited
  • Q4= Disbursement done in Feb/ Mar/ Apr= By 30 June the cashback will be credited

• Referral bonus process works as below:

  The referral bonus is NOT given to the referee all at once. It is NOT given to the referee after sanction too. The referral bonus process is linked with the disbursement of the loan by the referral (the loan applicant). At every disbursement, the referee gets the cashback as per how much his referral has taken for that particular disbursement. The exact amount is calculated by WeMakeScholars.

• Referral bonus limits:

  The maximum overall referral bonus per successful referral is Rs 3000.

• Referral bonus crediting timeline:

  Please note that the referral bonus is transferred at particular intervals. There is a verification process done from the bank's side about your referral's disbursement. The referral bonus cycle is as follows:

• Jurisdiction:

  All license agreements, use or any issues arising out of any activity regarding the use of this website will be governed by the laws of India and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the State of Telangana.
